Jeff Blume
President and Co-Owner

Jeff started Dayton Pool Management along with the leadership teams from Cincinnati Pool Management and The Pool Management Group.  Jeff has spent his entire life around swimming pools.  He has been a lifeguard, an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, Manager at Beckett Ridge Country Club, Director of Aquatics at the City of Mason, and the head age group swimming coach for the Anderson Barracudas. 

As a swim coach and Certified Pool Operator Jeff is no stranger to swimming pool operations.  As the founding General Manager of Dayton Pool Management, he has developed the company into one of the premier pool management companies in the Greater Miami Valley area.

Dawn Fox
Human Resources Director

Joining Dayton Pool Management / The Pool Management Group in 2008,  Dawn’s career has been well diversified in aquatic industries across the United States and abroad since 1992; focusing most of her energy around recreational swimming facilities.  Dawn has served as an American Red Cross Lifeguard, Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, a swim team coach, and an AEA certified water aerobics instructor. 

Most notably, Dawn was a Recreation Specialist for Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS), Semper Fit Aquatics, Okinawa, Japan.  She began employment as a lifeguard for MCCS, Semper Fit Aquatics, quickly being promoted to Pool Manager.  After serving 3 years as Pool Manager, Dawn’s career led her to the position of Southern Area Recreation Specialist, Okinawa, Japan, where she oversaw the operations and management of seven aquatic facilities. 

Dawn is currently seeking her degree in Business Management and hold certifications and memberships in:

Eric Tudor
Regional Supervisor

Eric started his career in aquatics while in high school working as a desk attendant at a local water park. He spent three years there gaining invaluable experience in customer service and pool operations. In 2009 Eric became an intern for Dayton Pool Management to later complete his degree in Business Management. Later in 2010 Eric was hired as a regional supervisor for Dayton Pool Management where he currently oversees the operations of multiple swimming facilities. Eric is CPO and AFO certified.
